My Biography

I was born on October 8, 1989, in Kaunas, Lithuania. I spent my childhood in Alytus, where I lived until I moved to Vilnius for my studies. After completing my education, I returned to Alytus, where I continue to live and work.

I studied at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sculpture. Alongside my main studies, I pursued additional coursework to obtain a teaching qualification. Upon graduation, I began my teaching career at Alytus Vocational Training Center, where I worked as a teacher of wood carving, advertising production, and fine arts. Later, I joined Alytus School of Fine Crafts as a wood carving and fine arts teacher. I also gained experience teaching at the Robotics Academy. Currently, I work as an art teacher in three different schools.

My journey as an artist took a significant turn when I joined the Alytus Culture Management Academy (AKVA). There, I found like-minded individuals and inspiration, which fueled my passion for creation. As a result, I was awarded the Alytus Young Artist Scholarship for my project on women's experiences. This was a defining moment when I realized my true artistic calling—painting portraits of women. Since then, QR codes have become an integral part of my work, adding a new dimension to my artistic expression.

For me, creativity is therapy for others. When I present my works, I want people to feel everything deeply. My art revolves around a person's inner struggles and intense emotional experiences, as I believe that to move forward, one must first conquer the dark demons within.
